To ensure a higher quality, we use a mothproofing agent that is safe for the wool, and protects the carpets from wool pests.

There are three different types of kleem available at alsadek:
• Lightweight, which is wool woven on a cotton warp. This lighter kleem is especially suited for more intricate designs, and is both used as floor rugs as well as wall hangings.

• Heavyweight, this is the standard Egyptian kleem the thickness provides a floor covering that is guaranteed to survive the harshest conditions.

• Handspun, this is an alsadek original, only available with us. These are thick kleems woven out of handspun wool. This variety of wool only available to us produces a thicker rug and a texture unique to it.
